iCollecta, LLC (“iCollecta,” “we,” “us”) operates the iCollecta web platform and mobile application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account information: your email address and the name you provide when you create an account.
- Collection data: the cards, values, and portfolio information you add to your iCollecta account. This belongs to you.
- Automatically collected: standard device and usage information (device type, browser, approximate region, and pages visited) used to keep the service secure and improve it.
- Photos you scan with SlabVision: images you submit for pre-grade estimates are processed to produce your grade estimate and blemish report. They are not sold or shared with third parties.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To operate your account, marketplace, portfolio, and Trade Room. To provide SlabVision scan results. To communicate service updates and account notices. To protect the platform from fraud and abuse.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your collection data with third parties without your direction. We do not use your data for advertising profiles.
YOUR CHOICES
You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your Profile page, or by contacting us. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account by emailing support@icollecta.com.
DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
Account data is retained while your account is active. We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information.
CHILDREN
iCollecta is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
